Position: Software Engineer II – eLearning Development
📍 Location: Remote / Work From Home
🕒 Shift Timing: EU Hours | Flexible Timing (IST – 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM)
💼 Experience Required: 4+ Years
What You’ll Be Doing
✔️ Develop engaging and interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise
✔️ Work on course authoring enhancements and customizations using JavaScript
✔️ Handle LMS integration, interaction debugging, and SCORM compliance
✔️ Collaborate with global stakeholders and client teams across projects
✔️ Deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect learning solutions
✔️ Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Support translation/localization development initiatives where required
✔️ Work with video tools such as Vyond and MS Stream (or willingness to learn)
Skills We’re Looking For
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise
✅ Good understanding of SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, LMS integration, and debugging
✅ Experience with JavaScript-based course customization/enhancements
✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Client-facing experience with proactive stakeholder communication
✅ Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables effectively
Good to Have
➕ Experience in translation/localization development
➕ Exposure to Vyond, MS Stream, or similar video tools
➕ Experience working in enterprise learning environments
