Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java-based backend development and modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems using microservices architecture.
Requirements
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise application design and development
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
- Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem Solving
- Strong frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with at least one frontend framework: React / Angular / Vue.js
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles including usability and accessibility
- Experience with build tools: Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn
- Strong knowledge of system design and architectural patterns
- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
- Exposure to messaging systems: Kafka / ActiveMQ or similar
- Hands-on with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Cloud Foundry (PCF)
- Understanding of databases (SQL vs NoSQL, selection strategies)
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools
- Additional advantage: NodeJS / Python knowledge
- Good GitHub profile or open-source contribution is a plus
- Exposure to AI/ML or data analytics platforms is an added advantage
