Role Summary
The Software Development Engineer (Frontend) at Superleap will own the development of high-quality, scalable, and performant frontend applications that power our AI-native CRM. Working closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams, you will build intuitive customer-facing features, optimize application performance, and contribute to a frontend architecture that enables rapid product innovation and scale.
You will play a key role in transforming product ideas into exceptional user experiences, ensuring speed, reliability, and usability across the platform. As Superleap grows, you will take increasing ownership of frontend systems, platform capabilities, engineering best practices, and technical leadership, helping build a frontend foundation that scales with the business.

Ideal candidate
- 2–5 years of experience building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, API integration, and performance optimization.
- Experience building scalable, responsive, and user-centric applications in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to translate product and design requirements into high-quality, production-ready code.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of ownership.
- Experience with frontend testing, debugging, and modern development workflows.
- Startup mindset with low ego, high ownership, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Self-starter who excels in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and enjoys shipping impactful products quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Feature Development
- Build, test, and ship high-quality frontend features and user interfaces.
- Own features end-to-end, from development through production deployment.
UI/UX Implementation
- Translate product requirements and design mockups into responsive, intuitive user experiences.
- Ensure consistency across components, pages, and user workflows.
Frontend Performance & Quality
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver customer-facing features.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, and design reviews.
Architecture & System Improvement
- Contribute to frontend architecture, reusable component libraries, and engineering standards.
- Continuously improve code quality, developer experience, and development workflows.
Ownership & Execution
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure reliable application performance.
- Take ownership of deliverables and drive projects with a high degree of accountability, quality, and execution excellence.
