Position: Software Engineer (Flutter Developer)
Experience Required: 4 to 6 Years
Job Location: Nashik/Pune, India
Experience
- 4–6 years of overall mobile application development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Flutter development in production apps.
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and participating in sprint ceremonies.
- Exposure to app store releases, versioning, and release support.
Required Skill Set
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart for building production mobile apps.
- Good understanding of mobile architecture patterns like MVC, MVP, and MVVM.
- Practical experience with common state management tools such as Provider, BLoC, or Riverpod.
- Ability to build clean, reusable UI components and maintain modular code structure.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, handling responses, and managing API errors.
- Ability to identify and fix common performance issues such as unnecessary rebuilds or lag.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Flutter mobile applications with high quality and stability.
- Implement UI screens, components, and features as per functional and design requirements.
- Integrate APIs, manage application state, and ensure smooth data flows.
- Write clean, maintainable code and follow development best practices.
- Identify, debug, and fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues.
- Work closely with QA to support testing cycles and resolve reported issues.
- Assist in resolving production issues and ensuring a smooth release experience.
