Mandatory Skills:
- 2–4 years of overall IT experience with 2–4 years of relevant experience in Mainframe development
- Strong hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and PL1 (mandatory)
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period preferred
- Good understanding of software development and support in Mainframe environments
