We are hiring a Software Developer / Engineer who thrives in a high-growth environment and is excited to build scalable products used at scale for a B2B SaaS platform focused on Engagement and loyalty solutions. An Individual who can help us build scalable, high-performance products used by enterprises across industries is an ideal fit.
What You’ll Do:
· Build and scale high-performance SaaS products using PHP & Laravel
· Develop backend systems for loyalty programs, rewards engines, and influencer engagement platforms
· Handle large data volumes & high-traffic applications
· Design and consume RESTful APIs
· Collaborate with product, frontend, and QA teams for seamless delivery
· Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
· Troubleshoot complex issues and continuously improve system efficiency
Experience
- Strong experience in PHP & Laravel framework
- Proven exposure to scalable SaaS product development
- Experience handling large volumes of data / high concurrency systems
- Solid understanding of MVC architecture & OOP concepts
- Experience with MySQL / database design & optimization
- Hands-on experience with API integrations
- Familiarity with Git/version control
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Good to Have:
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Exposure to high-traffic or enterprise-grade applications
- Knowledge of AWS / cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with queues, caching (Redis), and performance tuning
