Role Summary
Xperteez Technology is hiring a Kafka Developer – Senior Associate with strong experience in real-time data streaming and big data engineering. The role involves designing scalable data pipelines, optimizing distributed processing, and building enterprise-grade data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and manage Kafka-based real-time data streaming pipelines
• Develop and optimize ETL / ELT workflows using Spark and PySpark
• Build scalable Python / PySpark scripts for large-scale data processing
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for analytical workloads
• Implement robust data models and support enterprise data architecture
• Ensure data quality, monitoring, and performance tuning across pipelines
Mandatory Skills

Dataiku
Experience with large-scale data platforms
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field. Master’s degree preferred.
