Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Analyst role based in Karad. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business and operational data, preparing detailed reports, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making processes. Key activities include data collection, trend analysis, presenting findings to stakeholders, and assisting with the implementation of process improvements. Strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across teams will be critical to the success of this role.
Qualifications
- Data analysis, interpretation, and reporting skills
- Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and trend evaluation
- Proficiency in using data tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex data
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an on-site setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- Prior experience in similar analytical roles is preferred
