- Role Focus You will maintain the availability, performance, and scalability of critical iWPB applications.
- Core Responsibilities
- Implement and manage observability frameworks to ensure high system reliability and uptime.
- Proactively monitor production environments using Splunk, AppDynamics, and AWS CloudWatch.
- Automate manual operational tasks ("toil") to increase deployment frequency and system stability.
- Lead incident response, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement durable fixes to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with development teams to set SLIs and SLOs, ensuring a seamless experience for wealth management clients.
