ServiceNow Developer
Location: Remote
Experience: 5–10 Years
Role Overview We are hiring experienced ServiceNow Developers who will be responsible for enhancing, extending, and integrating features within the ServiceNow ecosystem— primarily focused on Order Fulfillment, CSM/ITSM modules, and API integrations across multiple portals. The team will operate under a Scrum Master and collaborate closely with internal Product Owners and the Delivery Manager. Key Responsibilities • Develop and enhance ServiceNow features related to order fulfillment, including support for a large catalog of items. • Build and extend integrations with external and internal portals. • Design and implement APIs into ServiceNow for various business functions. • Import and configure multi-language datasets into ServiceNow language tables. • Extend and customize existing ServiceNow patterns, frameworks, and reusable components. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint-based delivery cycles (Sprint 3 begins 1st week of February). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the SAFe Agile Train. • Follow secure coding standards (PCI-DSS, OWASP, Secure SDLC). • Produce high-quality documentation, technical designs, and configuration details. Required Technical Skills • 5–10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. • Strong expertise in CSM (Customer Service Management) and ITSM modules. • Proven experience in order fulfillment workflows, request catalog design, and fulfillment automation. • Strong background in API development, REST/SOAP integrations, and data transformations. • Experience importing multi-language data into language tables. • Ability to build solutions using ServiceNow patterns, UI framework components, and Scoped Applications. • Solid understanding of ServiceNow scripting (Client Script, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, etc.). • Experience with secure coding principles aligned to PCI-DSS, OWASP, and enterprise secure SDLC. Soft Skills & Delivery Requirements • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work within a ring-fenced Agile delivery team with clear KPIs tied to sprint commitments. • Comfortable working with a Scrum Master and within a governed Agile framework. • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to deliver in a fast-paced, iterative
