We are hiring for Service now developer
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Lead with strong ITSM and integration expertise to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow ITSM applications.
- Work on Integrations (REST/SOAP) with external systems.
- Configure/Develop: Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes..
- Build Service Catalog items, Workflows, Flow Designer flows.
- Manage Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge modules.
- Create Reports and Dashboards.
- Support CMDB, SecOps, AIOPS, Event Management (good to have).
Required Skills
- 2+ years in ServiceNow Development.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Hands-on with Import Sets & Transform Maps.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals – cloning, upgrades, plugins, transactions.
- CSA or CAD certification is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills.
