Role& Responsibilities –
Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer (4–10 yrs) with strong hands‑on expertise in scripting, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
Must have solid experience across ITSM, Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem and integrations using SOAP/REST.
Responsible for developing, customizing, and enhancing ServiceNow modules while supporting production issues with effective root cause analysis.
Ability to work in Agile environments and deliver scalable solutions across modules like CMDB, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD.
Strong problem‑solving, communication skills, and capability to manage end‑to‑end ServiceNow development in a full‑time onsite role at Chennai.
