Role: Senior Software Engineer / Staff Software Engineer (FDE)

Your Mission
Design and build scalable full-stack systems that deliver measurable business value. Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, develop AI-powered applications, and deliver production-ready solutions in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Stakeholder Management
Develop deep domain understanding by working closely with business teams
Translate business problems into technical solutions
Influence stakeholders and manage complex requirements
Delivery & Execution
Lead rapid delivery initiatives across teams
Build end-to-end applications across different tech stacks
Drive prototype-to-production transitions
AI & Generative AI
Design and implement RAG systems and LLM integrations
Build evaluation pipelines and optimize retrieval systems
Establish best practices for AI development
Leadership & People
Mentor engineers and build high-performing teams
Drive collaboration and foster a strong engineering culture
Handle cross-team communication and stakeholder alignment
Architecture & Scale
Design scalable, multi-component systems
Guide architectural decisions and manage technical debt
Define standards for reliability, documentation, and processes
DevOps & Reliability
Build CI/CD pipelines and manage cloud infrastructure
Implement observability, monitoring, and SRE practices
Drive incident management and system reliability improvements
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in software engineering
Strong full-stack experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
Expertise in React / Next.js and backend API development
Hands-on experience with AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP
Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience leading teams and delivering production systems
Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
AI & Advanced Skills
Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, and vector databases
Familiarity with AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
Ability to design and implement AI-driven applications
Good to Have
Experience in consulting or forward-deployed engineering models
Exposure to healthcare, pharma, or life sciences domains
