About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our development team in Mohali. This is a fully office-based role, ideal for someone who is passionate about building scalable web applications and working across both frontend and backend technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications
- Work on both frontend and backend components of the platform
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern frameworks
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and server-side logic
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong experience with React.js and Next.js for frontend development
- Proficiency in Node.js for backend development
- Experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integration
- Experience with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or similar)
- Understanding of version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with deployment and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with TypeScript is a plus
