Role Description
The Software Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and systems. The role involves implementing back-end web development solutions, writing clean and efficient code, and engaging in object-oriented programming. The Software Engineer will also troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues while contributing to the ongoing improvement of application performance and functionality.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, algorithms, and data structures
- Proven expertise in Back-End Web Development, including server-side logic and database management
- Experience in Software Development and Programming, with proficiency in modern coding languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Skilled in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and designing efficient, reusable, and maintainable code structures
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and effectively problem-solve complex technical challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are a plus
- Knowledge of industry best practices and interest in staying updated on emerging software technologies
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
