We’re hiring — Ruhil Future Technologies (RFT)
Looking for 3 developers to join our team. If you can actually write code (not just prompt your way through Cursor or Claude and hope it works), read on.
What you’ll work with:
- Node.js and Python — backend systems, APIs, automation
- AWS — deployment, infrastructure, scaling
- Railway — for fast, lightweight deployments
- Real QA sensibility — you test your own code, catch edge cases, and don’t ship broken things and call it “AI’s fault”
What we’re looking for:
- Solid fundamentals — you understand what your code does, not just that it runs
- Comfortable debugging without hand-holding from an AI assistant
- Experience with both Node.js and Python (or strong in one, capable in the other)
- Some exposure to cloud deployment (AWS, Railway, or similar)
- Bonus: experience with AI/ML pipelines, document processing, or OCR-based systems
