Ltd Website: promaynov.com Job details: Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Development Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with internal and external systems Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practicesEngineering Excellence Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization Ensure adherence to coding standards, code quality, and version control practices Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvementAgile Delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) Track and update development progress and deliverablesQuality & Support Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects within SLA timelines Support UAT cycles, including defect fixes and validation Provide production support during go-live and post-deployment phasesContinuous Improvement Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and process improvements Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvementsRequired Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field 3–7 years of experience in software development Strong programming skills in one or more languages: Java, .NET, Node.js Experience with frontend technologies such as React or Angular (preferred) Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design principles Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and integrations Experience with Git or similar version control systems Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesPreferred Skills Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) Experience in enterprise application development Knowledge of secure coding practices and performance tuningBehavioral Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Effective communication and collaboration skills High level of ownership and accountability Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Click on Apply to know more.
