Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Engineer located in North 24 Parganas. The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data solutions to support business needs. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing data pipelines, implementing and optimizing ETL processes, developing and maintaining data warehouse systems, and supporting data modeling and analytics initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Data Engineering and Data Modeling
- Proficiency in designing and managing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes
- Experience with Data Warehousing technologies and systems
- Experience working with Snowflake , Databricks and data storage concepts.
- Knowledge and application of Data Analytics tools and techniques
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and services
- Integrate third-party APIs, especially payment and fintech services
- Good working knowledge of Python (backend scripting or data processing)
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Analyze end-user issues and provide solutions
- Experience in payment processing or financial technologies is a plus
