About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer (Java & Python) to join our growing engineering teams across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy building scalable, high-performance applications and working in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade systems that support critical business functions.

What You'll Do:
- Software Engineer (Java & Python)
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Java and Python
- Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs for high-availability systems
- Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and code reviews
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices
- Work closely with product managers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 58 years of hands-on experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+, Spring Boot, Hibernate)
- Strong experience with Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI)
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns
- Experience building microservices-based architectures
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and web services
- Experience with Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux, Git, and version control practices
- Exposure to unit testing, integration testing, and automation frameworks
