About the Role
We are hiring a Software Engineer with strong development fundamentals and hands-on experience building AI-powered applications. The role involves developing scalable software, backend services, APIs, web applications, and LLM-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.
- Build backend services, REST APIs, integrations, and web applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Debug issues and improve application performance and reliability.
- Develop AI-powered applications, agents, and workflow automations.
- Integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI services.
- Use frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or similar tools.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical documentation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver project requirements.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of software engineering experience.
- Practical experience building AI or LLM-based applications is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C#; Python preferred.
- Experience with REST APIs, backend services, databases, Git, and testing.
- Knowledge of OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, RAG, vector databases, or AI agents.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of system design, debugging, and software architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience deploying AI applications to production.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with third-party APIs and cloud services.
- AI projects, open-source contributions, hackathons, or a strong GitHub portfolio.
