WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ship great features

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 1 year of professional software development experience
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (JavaScript, Python, Go, etc.)
- Experience working with version control (Git)
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical people
- A problem-solving mindset and genuine hunger to keep learning
- Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, or similar modern frameworks
- Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, or microservices architecture
- Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Open-source contributions or a personal project portfolio
- Experience with databases, SQL and/or NoSQL

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Yearly: INR 3,00,000 to INR 4,20,000 (3 Lakhs to 4.2 Lakhs Per Annum)
Salary is determined based on experience, skills, and performance during the hiring process. High performers are reviewed for increments every 6 months.
