Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications.
- Build and enhance microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous product improvements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and software development best practices.
Required Skills:
- 2–4 years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with message brokers such as ActiveMQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.
- Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, or similar testing frameworks.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
