Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Java (Java 8/11/17).
- Expertise in Spring Boot & Microservices architecture.
- Experience in developing and consuming RESTful/REST APIs.
- Strong experience with Apache Kafka / messaging systems or AWS/Azure is must
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Understanding of distributed systems and high-availability applications.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in banking or financial services domain (highly preferred).
- Knowledge of API security (OAuth2, JWT, encryption standards).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Understanding of logging & monitoring tools (Splunk, ELK, Grafana).
