- 5+ years of strong development experience in ServiceNow
- Proficient with script objects, APIs, and different methods of authentication.
- Strong understanding of MID servers (installation, management and troubleshooting)
- Proven expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
- Expertise in integrations.
- Experience in Gen AI/ Agentic AI.
- Optional experience with Boomi
- Must be ServiceNow CSA certified.
