Software Development Engineer II - UI | Bangalore, Karnataka, India | On-site
We're seeking a skilled UI Software Development Engineer for a leading digital lending fintech platform. This innovative company is committed to making credit accessible by leveraging state-of-the-art technology to transform asset-backed lending.
The Role
• Translate product requirements and UX designs into high-quality, scalable frontend solutions.
• Build responsive, high-performance, and reusable UI components with cross-browser compatibility.
• Take complete ownership of frontend features, including design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Perform root cause analysis for UI bugs and production issues, providing quick resolutions.
• Mentor junior engineers, review code, and promote frontend best practices across teams.
• Collaborate with backend teams to define API contracts and optimize frontend-backend interactions.
What You'll Need
• 2-5 years of experience as a Frontend/UI Engineer, ideally in product companies.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 fundamentals.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (a11y), and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience working with REST APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
• B.Tech / Dual Degree with Computer Science as a major discipline, or MCA.
