GITAM is hiring Software Engineers (.NET Developers & Node.js and React.js Developer)
Job Title: .NET Developer (Education & Healthcare Domain)
Experience: 6–8 years
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing,
and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, preferably within the Education and Healthcare
domains. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of business logic in
institutional and healthcare systems, ensuring high performance, data integrity, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
● Analyze user requirements in education and healthcare systems and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
● Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .NET applications.
● Participate in architecture design, integration planning, and technology decision-making.
● Identify system bottlenecks and bugs and develop effective, scalable solutions.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including academic, clinical, and administrative
departments.
● Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and healthcare regulations (HIPAA-like
standards where applicable).
● Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
Required Skills & Technologies
● Programming Languages: .NET, C#
● Frameworks & Tools: ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Web API
● Database: SQL Server
● Additional Skills (Preferred): Exposure to healthcare information systems (HIMS),
student or ERP portals, and third-party API integrations.
Competencies

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multi-disciplinary teams.
● Ability to deliver within defined timelines and maintain quality standards.

Qualification

● Experience in Education and/or Healthcare IT systems will be a strong advantage.
Job Title: Node.js and React.js Developer (Education)
Experience: 4–6 years
Position Overview
We are looking for a talented Node.js and React.js Developer to build scalable and dynamic
web applications for the Education and Healthcare domains. The ideal candidate should have
experience developing secure, data-driven platforms such as student portals, hospital
information systems, or ERP modules.
Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end interfaces and scalable back-end
services.
● Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with user-centric front-end applications.
● Work closely with business stakeholders to understand academic and healthcare
workflows.
● Optimize performance, enhance security, and ensure system reliability.
● Participate in technical design, peer reviews, and deployment processes.
● Ensure compliance with data privacy standards applicable to healthcare and educational
data.
Required Skills & Technologies
● Front-End: React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
● Back-End: Node.js, Express.js
● Database: MS SQL
● APIs & Tools: RESTful APIs, JSON, JWT Authentication
● Version Control: Git, GitHub / GitLab
Competencies
