ServiceNow Telecom Consultant – TSM / TSOM / TNI
- Implement end-to-end Telecom Service Management (TSM) including case management, service lifecycle modeling, SLA configuration, and CSDM-aligned service hierarchies on ServiceNow.
- Design and configure TSOM (Telecom Service Operations Management) workflows covering Order-to-Activate (O2A), service orchestration, fulfillment automation, and OSS/BSS integrations.
- Configure Telecom Network Inventory (TNI) including logical & physical network modeling, service-resource mapping, topology relationships, and impact analysis.
- Build and manage service decomposition, product-to-service mapping, and dependency modeling aligned with telecom operational standards.
- Develop and support integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub) with external telecom systems for provisioning, assurance, and inventory synchronization.
- Participate in solution design workshops, client discussions, and agile delivery cycles, ensuring scalable and production-ready implementations.
- Possess strong telecom domain knowledge (O2A, T2R, OSS/BSS, network topology) with 4–10+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience; CSA certification preferred.
