Compensation: 70 LPA + ESOPS
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Software Engineer. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable software solutions, with a focus on back-end systems. Responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, performing regular debugging and optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, and ensuring seamless integration with Fini's AI infrastructure. The ideal candidate will contribute to innovative projects aimed at enhancing the customer support experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
- Proficiency in Programming, Software Development, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience in Back-End Web Development and working with APIs
- Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative remote environment
- Familiarity with AI-driven systems or customer support workflows is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
