Developer of a revenue operations tool designed for insurance brokers to automate carrier statement processing, revenue reconciliation, and financial forecasting. The company's platform provides instant updates to agency management systems (AMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) general ledgers, helping to find and track missing payments like commission shortages and underpayments from carriers, which allows insurance brokers to improve their operations, recover lost revenue quickly, and grow their business.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Software Engineer (Full Stack/Backend). As the Software Engineer at Eventual, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to the overall success of projects. You will directly interact with customers and industry leaders to shape the future of the product and the industry.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals
- Ability to write robust, scalable, and maintainable code
- Strong First principles, and analytics-driven problem-solving skills.
- Ownership and growth-mindset Impact-driven - you care about solving the right problems that drive immense impact for society at scale.
- Proficiency in Software Development.
- 4+ years of experience in shipping enterprise-grade code to production.
- Experience working in golang, Python, and Next.js is a plus.
- Experience with complex AI systems is a plus.
