Role Description
This full-time remote Software Engineer role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining software solutions that power enterprise AI deployments for clients. The Software Engineer will develop and optimize back-end services and APIs, integrate AI models and tools into existing systems, and ensure scalable, secure architectures for production environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, reviewing peer code, troubleshooting bugs, and improving performance across services and workflows. The role also involves collaborating closely with data, AI, and strategy teams to translate business requirements into technical designs, contributing to infrastructure automation, and documenting systems and processes for ongoing support and improvements.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software architecture.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming using modern languages (e.g., Python, Java, TypeScript, or similar).
- Experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and database integration.
- Strong skills in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and secure, maintainable code design.
- Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with integrating AI/ML services or APIs and working with data-intensive systems is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate in remote, cross-functional teams, with clear written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
