As the AI Software/Prompt Engineer at Curelink, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize healthcare in India through innovative AI solutions. Working directly with the founders, this is a high-impact position where you'll lead our AI initiatives and play a crucial role in shaping the future of chronic care management.
What youʼll work on:-
- LLM orchestration at scale (latency, cost, memory)
- Voice AI infra (real-time calls, async workflows)
- High-throughput backend systems (queues, pods, autoscaling)
- Cost-efficient cloud infra AWS/GCP
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and a passion for healthcare innovation. You'll be working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your contributions will have a direct and meaningful impact on improving healthcare accessibility across India.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Track record of building reliable systems with strong operational ownership.
- Experience in designing APIs and data models which create clarity for messy real world domains and adapt to changing requirements.
- Experience in operating and debugging infra like application deployments(ECS or k8s), databases, message queues, caches, load balancers etc. Essentially you must know what to look for when any of these go down.
- Strong database fundamentals to understand bottlenecks and experience in optimizing queries (ideally relational DBs). You must know how to read an explain plan and have some good stories on scary database outages.
- Strong system design fundamentals: sync vs async communication trade-offs, concurrency handling, ordering, and failure modes in distributed systems.
- Someone who is optimizing for ownership and a challenge. Not just a 10 to 7.
