Endur Developer - 4+ years- Pan India

We are looking for a highly skilled Endur Developer with strong hands-on experience in Energy Trading and Risk Management systems. This role is ideal for a technical expert who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders across the trading value chain and delivering robust, scalable Endur solutions.

You will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and developing Endur-based solutions while partnering with Front, Middle, and Back Office teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical deliverables.

Role Overview

• Act as a technical expert during hands-on Endur development initiatives
• Work closely with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Operations, and Finance users
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and use cases
• Deliver solutions through user acceptance testing and production implementation
• Be recognized as an Endur subject matter expert within project teams

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize Endur solutions (v15 or higher preferred)
• Provide strong business and technical support across Gas, Power, and LNG trading
• Support the full trading lifecycle:
• Front Office: Deal capture, risk management
• Middle Office: Scheduling, nominations
• Back Office: Settlements, accounting
• Design and implement solutions using:
• APM
• AVS / JVS scripting
• OpenComponents and other Endur technologies
• Work with OpenLink table structures and write efficient SQL queries
• Configure technical solutions aligned with functional and solution designs
• Advise development teams on business context and technical best practices
• Collaborate with QA, in-house support, and development teams to drive platform adoption
• Bring deep expertise in at least one Endur module, such as:
• Connex
• Report Builder
• APM
• Settlements & Accounting
• Deal Modelling
• cMotion
• Exposure to Azure technologies (Integration Services, Azure DevOps, MS Power Platform) is a strong plus

Required Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on Endur development experience
• Strong understanding of the energy trading value chain
• Proven experience in Endur technical design, configuration, and development
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
