Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Gandhinagar. The Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs that power CornvAI’s autonomous sales platform. Daily responsibilities include implementing robust and scalable features, optimizing performance, and ensuring reliability and security of production systems. The role involves collaborating closely with product, AI, and frontend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, reviewing code, and contributing to architectural decisions. The engineer will also diagnose and resolve production issues, improve development tooling, and participate in continuous improvement of engineering practices.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and systems fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in building and maintaining production-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and database integration.
- Solid understanding and practical use of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles in modern programming languages.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms or containerization technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code, perform code reviews, and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
