What We're Looking For
We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our founding team and help us build the future of AI-native compliance. This is an early hire — you'll work closely with the founders, shape how we build, and have a direct impact on the product from day one.
We don't care about years of experience or which companies you've worked at. We care about two things:
1. World-class coding ability
Competitive programming (Codeforces, ICPC, etc.), strong DS/Algo skills (LeetCode, HackerRank, etc.), significant open source contributions — or anything else that proves you think rigorously and write excellent code. Show us your best proof, whatever form it takes.
2. You build things — obsessively
Open source projects with real users, internships where you owned features end-to-end, or side projects you built because you couldn't stop yourself. Show us something you built, what was hard about it, and what you'd do differently today.

The Role
The platform already handles hundreds of customers & thousands of users across 20+ compliance frameworks — this isn't 0-to-1, it's taking a product built with a strong foundation to the next level. The engineering challenges from here are real — performance at scale, reliability, AI in production, and building infrastructure that compounds.
You'll own features across the full stack from day one — frontend, backend, AI integration, and infrastructure. We're an AI-first engineering team: most coding is AI-driven, and your job is to guide that process well — break down problems clearly, steer AI-generated code with strong engineering judgment, and ensure what ships is correct and production-ready. Strong fundamentals matter more than ever here.
- Write robust backend services in Java (Spring Boot) — REST APIs, business logic, third-party integrations
- Build user-facing features in React — clean UI, fast interactions, thoughtful UX
- Design and optimize data models in PostgreSQL
- Build AI-powered features — document processing, LLM-based policy generation, intelligent automation
- Own integrations with 350+ platforms — webhooks, OAuth flows, rate limits, failure modes
- Debug production issues end-to-end and participate in architecture decisions

Requirements
- 0–2 years of full-time experience (fresh graduates from 2025 or 2026 welcome)
- B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science (or closely related field) — mandatory
- From a Tier 1 college in India — central institutions or top regional colleges with a strong CS program
- Strong CS fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, OS, databases, networking
- Demonstrated coding excellence — competitive programming (Codeforces, ICPC, etc.), strong DS/Algo skills
(LeetCode, HackerRank, etc.), strong open source contributions, or equivalent
- Evidence of building real things — open source projects, internships, side projects etc.
- Comfortable with Java or another strongly-typed language
- Comfortable with React or another modern frontend framework
- Based in India; Bangalore strongly preferred for occasional in-person meetups
