Role Description
We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with experience in Python and web frameworks like Flask or Django. You will be responsible for building scalable backend systems and contributing to high-impact projects. Exposure to AI/ML is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Python
- Build and manage web applications using Flask or Django
- Design and integrate REST APIs
- Work with databases and optimize performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Python development
- Hands-on experience with Flask or Django
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Understanding of version control (Git)
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
Good to Have
- Experience or exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, or GenAI
- Familiarity with FastAPI
- Knowledge of Docker / cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience working in a startup environment
