What will your job look like?
- Provide clear verbal and written communication to explain technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Diagnose complex production issues using structured troubleshooting methodologies, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and efficiently escalate issues when required.
- Prioritize incidents and tasks based on severity, business impact, and SLAs to ensure timely resolution.
- Analyze logs and system metrics using tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, or Kibana to identify patterns, anomalies, and performance bottlenecks.
- Investigate API-related issues using tools like Postman and validate integrations across distributed systems.
- Support and maintain SaaS applications built on microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to resolve cross-system dependencies and integration challenges.
- Develop scripts and automation to eliminate repetitive tasks, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system stability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
All you need is...
Bachelor’s degree in science/IT/Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
4-6 years of relevant experience
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
Experience working with SaaS solutions, microservices architecture, scaling concepts, system components, and integrations.
Knowledge of databases such as DynamoDB and other NoSQL databases.
Understanding of cloud architecture, preferably AWS and AWS serverless environments.
Hands-on experience with log analysis and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, or Kibana.
In-depth understanding of REST APIs and experience working with Postman.
Experience in scripting and automation to improve operational efficiency.
Hands-on knowledge of Python (preferred)
APAC Shift timings (early morning IST)
