📌 Job Type: Full-Time
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Work across modules including TSM, SOMT, ITOM, CMDB, HAM, SAM, and integrations
- Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts
- Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Maintain CMDB health, data integrity, and governance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
🧠 Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
- Expertise in modules like ITOM, CMDB, HAM, SAM, and integrations
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs
- Experience in REST/SOAP integrations
- Understanding of ITSM processes and best practices
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
➕ Good to Have:
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS modules)
- Experience in telecom/service management domains (TSM/SOMT)
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
