About the Role:
We're looking for a Software Development Engineer to build scalable, high-performance applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features, design robust software solutions, and contribute across the full technology stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Java-based applications and microservices.
- Design and build REST APIs and scalable backend services.
- Work with SQL, NoSQL, and Neo4J databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
- Contribute to technical documentation and system design.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Strong fundamentals in OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Software Engineering.
- Experience with microservices, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Neo4J.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Nginx, Agile methodologies, and scalable system design.
- Knowledge of multi-threading, software security, and performance optimisation.
- Good to have: Experience with Redis, Angular, cloud platforms, or low-code/no-code tools.
