Apprentice Program
Software Engineering

Education: Engineering in CS or IT
Technical Skills
- Strong fundamentals in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)- arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs, sorting, searching, dynamic programming.
- Working knowledge of Java or Node.js or Python (recommended)- ability to write clean, logical code and understand object-oriented or asynchronous programming concepts.
- Basic understanding of SQL / NoSQL - writing queries, understanding schemas, joins, and CRUD operations
Nice To Have Skills
- Machine Learning
- Using AI – Prompts/Agentic AI
- Basic understanding of Data Analytics
- Git/Bitbucket or any VCS
What You’ll Do
- Undergo a structured 2–3 week training program covering FMS’s technology stack, internal tools, and engineering practices
- Work on assigned development tasks independently across backend services, APIs, data analytics or database components
- Collaborate with senior engineers on creating new components, analysing data, designing solutions, and bug fixing.
