Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Engineer – Python (Full Stack AI) based in Pune Division, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable back-end architectures for AI systems, implementing programming solutions for self-refining AI agents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance the AI platform. The role also involves enhancing performance, reliability, and implementing best practices in object-oriented programming.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and system design
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and creating scalable architectures
- Experience in Software Development and Programming, specifically with Python or similar languages
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their implementation in building modular, maintainable code
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks or AI technologies is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Experience with version control systems like Git and working in agile development processes
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
