We are building MiGynae, a pregnancy and maternal health application focused on making reliable, evidence-based care accessible and reducing anxiety for expectant mothers.
Role Description
We are looking for an early-career engineer who is eager to learn, take ownership of clearly defined tasks, and contribute to building real product features used by users.
This role is well-suited for recent graduates or early-career engineers who want hands-on experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
This is a contract role with potential to convert to full-time.
What You’ll Work On
- Build and improve features in a Flutter-based mobile application
- Implement UI screens based on designs or requirements
- Integrate APIs and handle data from backend services
- Work with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Notifications)
- Fix bugs and improve app performance
- Execute clearly scoped tasks with guidance from the team
What We’re Looking For
- Basic experience with Flutter or mobile development (projects or internships are fine)
- Familiarity with Firebase or backend fundamentals
- Comfortable using Git (commits, branches, pull requests) -- Must
- Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks independently
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
