Only for India-based calling hours of work will be: (2pm - 11pm IST) & covering (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Goa, Indore, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Kerala) market territory only.
Compensation Range: $17,000 - $22,000 USD (annually)

Qualifications
- 7+ years of total professional experience in software development, engineering, technology, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience leading and mentoring engineering teams, with responsibility for team performance, technical direction, and delivery.
- Strong background in modern software development practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure).
- Must have hands-on experience with .NET, SQL, and Microsoft Azure for building and scaling cloud-based applications.
- Must have strong experience in C#.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working closely with product and business teams in a cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated success leading and scaling technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership
- Provide day-to-day leadership for engineering teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and smooth execution of technology initiatives.
- Break down business and product requirements into clear technical tasks and deliverables.
- Offer hands-on guidance in architecture discussions, development decisions, and technical problem-solving.
Project Delivery & Execution
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and milestones are met.
- Manage sprint planning, resource coordination, and cross-team communication.
- Proactively identify risks, challenges, or delays and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Team Management & Development
- Mentor and support engineers, leads, and developers to foster growth, collaboration, and accountability.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance development within the team.
- Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and a positive team culture.
Technical Oversight
- Ensure code quality, proper documentation, and adherence to development standards.
- Monitor system performance, scalability, and security considerations across projects.
- Recommend technical improvements and stay updated on emerging tools and technologies.
Operational Excellence
- Track engineering KPIs, project metrics, and operational performance.
- Improve development workflows, processes, and team efficiency.
- Contribute to establishing and enhancing engineering standards and procedures.
