Role Description
We are seeking a Software Development Manager for a full-time, on-site internship in Patna. In this role, you will oversee the design, development, and delivery of impactful software solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of developers, managing project timelines, ensuring scalability in distributed systems, and ensuring code quality through best practices. This role requires hands-on involvement in both technical guidance and strategic project planning to drive efficient and innovative results.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Software Development, including coding and programming proficiency.
- Experience in Team Leadership and the ability to mentor and manage development teams effectively.
- Knowledge of Software Design principles and proficiency in designing scalable, efficient systems.
- Skills in Project Management, including organizing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Understanding of Distributed Systems and the ability to build solutions that handle data and functionality across multiple systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an educational or startup environment is a plus.
