We are looking for an experienced and dynamic AI/ML Team Lead with strong expertise in MERN Stack, Python, and AI/ML technologies. The candidate will be responsible for leading a development team, managing AI-driven projects, and delivering scalable web and mobile solutions for global clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers working on AI/ML and MERN Stack projects.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered web/mobile applications.
- Work on AI/ML model integration, APIs, automation, and intelligent solutions.
- Manage end-to-end project execution from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Business teams.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best development practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and technical discussions.
