This role is ideal for Class-A engineers—people who love problem-solving, contribute beyond assigned tasks, explore new technologies (including AI), and want to build systems that scale.

What You’ll Do

Full-Stack Engineering

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications across frontend and backend layers.

Ensure seamless integration between UI, APIs, and databases.

Collaboration & Ownership

Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and fellow engineers to deliver reliable and user-centric solutions.

Take ownership of features from development to production.

Code Quality & Engineering Excellence

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

Review code, suggest improvements, and continuously raise engineering standards.

Problem Solving & System Thinking

Debug, optimize, and enhance existing systems for performance, security, and scalability.

Actively contribute to architecture and system design discussions.

DevOps & Deployment Exposure

Support CI/CD pipelines and assist with deployments in cloud environments.

Learn and apply modern DevOps practices.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Must-Have Skills

Frontend: Strong experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Backend: Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express, Django, or ASP.NET.

Databases: Good knowledge of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and basic understanding of NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).

APIs: Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.

Version Control: Comfortable with Git and collaborative workflows.

Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Cloud Basics: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and debugging skills.

Communication: Clear communicator and effective team player.

Nice-to-Have (Big Plus)

Open-source contributions with a strong GitHub profile.

Participation in hackathons, coding competitions, or innovation challenges.

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices architecture.

Exposure to automated testing (unit, integration, E2E).

Good understanding of security best practices.

Interest or hands-on experience in AI/ML, or using AI tools to solve engineering problems.
