🚀 We’re Hiring: SDET Lead (Software Development Engineer in Test Lead) | Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Are you a seasoned Quality Engineering professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for building scalable automation frameworks? We’re looking for an experienced SDET Lead (Software Development Engineer in Test Lead) to drive testing excellence, lead high-performing teams, and ensure high-quality product delivery.
📍 Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid – 3 days/week WFO)
💼 Experience: 10+ Years
💰 CTC: Up to ₹33 LPA
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred
🤝 Employment Type: Full-Time (On behalf of our Client)

💡 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor QA/SDET teams to deliver high-quality products
- Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks
- Drive end-to-end testing strategy across Unit, API, Integration, and E2E levels
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Workflows)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and DevOps
- Ensure continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and quality metrics
- Manage testing efforts across distributed/global teams
- Stay updated with emerging trends, including AI-driven testing approaches
✅ Required Experience & Expertise
- 6+ years in Quality Engineering within SaaS or cloud-native environments (AWS)
- Strong hands-on experience with Cypress automation
- Experience with tools like Cypress, Pact, K6
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with CI/CD tools and QA tools like Zephyr Scale
- Familiarity with observability tools and improving feedback loops
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven experience in leading and scaling QA initiatives
🎓 Educational Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech / BCA
- M.Tech / MCA
- (Full-time from a recognized university)
