What Your Day-to-day Work Will Involve
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining full-stack applications that are scalable, reliable, and aligned with client expectations.
You will work across both frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless integration between user interfaces and underlying services. This includes developing responsive user experiences, designing efficient APIs, and managing data flow across systems.
A significant part of your work will involve collaborating with different stakeholders. You will regularly interact with product teams to understand requirements, with designers to refine user experiences, and with QA teams to ensure quality. In many cases, you will also engage with client discussions, where your ability to listen, interpret, and translate business needs into technical solutions becomes critical.
Beyond development, you will contribute to improving code quality and system performance. This includes debugging issues, optimizing existing features, and ensuring that applications are secure and maintainable.
You will also be exposed to system design discussions and deployment processes. Over time, you will gain hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments, helping you understand how applications are built, tested, and released at scale.
Documentation and clarity are equally important. You will be expected to maintain well-structured technical documentation that supports long-term maintainability and team collaboration.
The Skills You Bring To The Table
- Strong foundation in full-stack development with hands-on experience across both frontend and backend
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Working knowledge of backend technologies including Node.js, Express, Django, or ASP.NET
- Solid understanding of relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL, with basic exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows in team environments
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and system-to-system integrations
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in sprint-based development cycles
- Basic familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down problems and approach them in a structured, logical manner
Additional Experience That Will Strengthen Your Profile
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar
- Hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
- Understanding of microservices architecture and API-first design principles
- Familiarity with automated testing practices including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Interest or foundational knowledge in AI/ML or mobile development (Flutter, React Native)
- Awareness of security best practices in modern web applications
