Software Development Engineer (Full-Stack) — Build Scalable Products at Techdome

What You'll Actually Do
You will work on real-world applications used by businesses and users across global markets. Your responsibility will go beyond writing code — you will contribute to building scalable, maintainable, and production-ready systems.
You will work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, cloud environments, and deployment workflows while collaborating closely with product, design, QA, and engineering teams.
This role is designed for engineers who want exposure to complete product engineering and are comfortable working in fast-paced delivery environments.
The Mandate
1. Build and maintain scalable applications
- Develop and maintain frontend and backend systems
- Build responsive user interfaces and scalable backend services
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs
- Work with databases, integrations, and cloud environments
- Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability
2. Own features end-to-end
- Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
- Take ownership of features from development to deployment
- Support production releases and debugging activities
- Identify issues proactively and contribute to improvements
- Collaborate closely with QA and product teams during releases
3. Contribute to engineering quality
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Follow engineering best practices and coding standards
- Participate in peer code reviews
- Contribute to improving code quality and engineering processes
- Maintain technical documentation for systems and features
4. Work in a collaborative engineering environment
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA teams, and Engineering Leads
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and Agile ceremonies
- Contribute to technical discussions and solution design
- Work effectively in cross-functional product teams
5. Work with modern engineering workflows
- Work with Git-based collaborative development workflows
- Contribute to CI/CD and deployment processes
- Gain exposure to cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
- Use modern development tools and AI-assisted workflows effectively
6. Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Debug and optimize existing systems
- Improve system performance and maintainability
- Contribute to internal tooling and automation efforts
- Support engineering excellence and operational efficiency initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Non-negotiable
- Strong understanding of full-stack development fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with React.js
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js,
- Good understanding of relational databases like MongoDB, MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Basic exposure to Redis, or other NoSQL systems
- Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations
- Comfortable working with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum-based development environments
Strongly Preferred
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices architecture
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
- Understanding of automated testing practices
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and workflows
- Prior experience in startup or product-based engineering environments

Compensation
5 LPA – 10 LPA fixed CTC depending on experience and current trajectory, plus performance-linked bonus tied to delivery and team outcomes. Bootstrapped, profitable company — we pay for outcomes, not titles.
