Software Development Engineer (Python & React)
Location: India (Preferrably Pune)
Experience: ~2 years
We are an AI technology company building advanced healthcare and medical imaging solutions for international customers with deployments across USA, Singapore, Europe, Japan, APAC. etc. We are looking for a Software Engineer to contribute to the development of our next-generation platform. The role involves working across frontend and backend systems, building scalable applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
● Fullstack development activities
○ Develop and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript
○ Build and integrate backend APIs using FastAPI and Python
○ Work with databases and data models using ORM frameworks
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver features
● Write clean, maintainable, and effi cient code
● Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging
● Contribute to technical documentation and team discussions
Required Qualifi cations
● Strong profi ciency in TypeScript, React, and modern frontend tooling
● Experience with Python backend development (FastAPI or similar)
● Familiarity with REST APIs and SQL databases (MySQL or similar)
● Understanding of state management and API data fetching concepts
● Cloud based applications (AWS, GCP, Azure)
● Basic understanding of unit testing practices/TDD
Good to Have
● Exposure to medical imaging or healthcare systems (DICOM, HL7)
● Familiarity with pydicom, hl7apy, or similar tools
● Experience with Celery, Docker, modern testing tools
● Experience working in distributed teams
