Time is also dedicated to maintaining existing applications, implementing enhancements, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products. This position requires balancing development tasks with problem-solving activities to support continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to promote skill development and cohesion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials.
- Strong understanding of financial modules and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Oracle EBS Financials.
- Ability to design and implement enhancements that improve system performance and user experience.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization techniques relevant to Oracle environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
